About the Position Perido is now seeking an Archivist for an assignment with our client, a state administration authority working with infrastructure in society. The position is located in Gothenburg, where work takes place on-site. You will independently work with: - managing contacts with central archives and handling archive logistics - creating archive inventories, organizing archives, appraising, and sending to permanent storage - registering, preparing, and processing supervision matters within the unit - posting the sections' invoices in the accounting system UBW - managing register and archive maintenance - supporting the section's managers and inspectors with administrative tasks - having extensive contact with internal and external parties - developing and quality-assuring processes and procedures when handling matters - handling other work tasks within the section Your Qualities To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, thorough, and self-directed, with an eye for detail and quality. You are comfortable with administrative work, take responsibility for driving your work forward, and collaborate easily with both internal and external contacts. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new routines and working methods. Does this sound like an assignment for you? Qualifications (the requirements below must be met and clearly stated in your CV): - University degree or equivalent education and at least one (1) year of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, at least three (3) years of work experience as an archivist. - Practical experience from public sector operations - Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent - Knowledge of document and case management systems (for example, Public360, W3D3, Platina, Iipax One Visual Arkiv, etc.) - Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and archivists' function and responsibility - Knowledge of standards such as OAIS, METS, PREMIS, PAIMAS - Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - Ability to express yourself and communicate in English verbally and in writing Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment until 2028-10-13.
