Architect / A-Engineer

Tecnicon Byggkonsult is seeking a dedicated architect / A-engineer who wants to work with design and development of building projects – from concept to finished documentation. With us, you will work with drawings and models in Revit as well as coordinate architectural solutions in our projects. You will be an important part of the project team and collaborate closely with clients and engineers in other disciplines. Your workplace is our office in Örnsköldsvik and we prefer that you live in the city. Your responsibilities - Develop drawings and models in Revit. - Participate in design through all phases. - Coordinate architectural solutions with other disciplines. - Ensure that solutions meet requirements for function, design, and sustainability. - Contribute to client and project collaboration. Your formal qualifications - Post-secondary education as an architect or building engineer (architecture / A specialization). - Experience in design is a merit. - Knowledge of Revit is a merit. - Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
