Main job duties: ensure the legality of construction processes within Mārupes Municipality's administrative territory; evaluate construction project documentation and make reasoned decisions on approving or rejecting proposals; provide consultations to individuals and legal entities on construction matters within competence; prepare responses to submissions; participate in municipal council sessions, committee meetings, working groups, and commission work; participate in the work of building acceptance-into-operation commissions. Position requirements and necessary knowledge: second-level professional higher education in architecture - architect specialization; desired professional experience in state or municipal institutions; state language proficiency at the highest level; good skills with MS Office, MicroStation, AutoCAD, BIM; good communication skills, analytical thinking, precision, and high sense of responsibility.
