AREA SALES MANAGER

Independent responsibility for sales and business development in assigned foreign territories Managing existing customers and actively developing business partnerships Searching for new customers and business opportunities Daily customer communication in English Resolving customer commercial and technical requests in collaboration with colleagues across the company Finding practical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our company's capabilities Marketing activities focused on new clients and products Participation in projects aimed at developing the sales department and the entire company What will you need for this? University education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in international B2B sales Very good English that you'll use every day; additional languages are a plus Ability to independently manage your assigned territory, set priorities, and make decisions Experience in both maintaining existing customers and actively seeking new business opportunities Sales mindset and ability to find customer-focused solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements across the company and collaborate with other departments Independence, systematic approach, flexibility, and strong team spirit Why join us?
