Area Manager for Restaurant Operations

About the role As an Area Manager, you are a representative of the headquarters and an important partner to our franchisees. You are responsible for supporting, coaching, and following up on a number of restaurants with the goal of strengthening profitability, quality, and guest experience, as well as ensuring that our concepts are developed and maintained. You will work operationally close to the restaurants through regular restaurant visits and build long-term relationships with franchisees, restaurant managers, and their teams. You will, among other things: Coach and develop franchisees, restaurant managers, and their teams. Provide support on matters related to service, bar operations, leadership, and business development. Monitor sales, key performance indicators, and business development, and identify improvement opportunities. Contribute structure, routines, and approaches that strengthen the operations. Ensure that our concepts, quality standards, and guest experiences maintain a high and consistent level. Participate in new openings and the development of our restaurant concepts. Build engagement, collaboration, and a strong culture between headquarters and our franchisees. We are looking for you You are a confident leader with solid experience from the restaurant industry. You have a coaching approach, business-minded thinking, and are motivated by helping others succeed. You build trust, create engagement, and enjoy working close to operations. We believe that you: Have experience from leadership roles within restaurants, service, or bar operations. Have worked as a restaurant manager or in similar positions of responsibility. Are passionate about service, guest experiences, and people development. Are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build good relationships.
