About the Area Manager Role As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, you'll have personnel responsibility for a group of collectively employed team members who deliver our services to customers. You lead and support your team while taking responsibility for the customers your employees serve – and work to build long-term strong relationships. By creating a positive and service-oriented experience for both customers and employees, you contribute to long-term customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitable growth in your region. In this role, you're responsible for everything from scheduling to resource planning, staffing, recruitment, and customer relations. You handle a variety of questions and issues daily and work proactively to find solutions that meet business needs. Together with your team, you work toward shared goals and create engagement, quality, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Personnel responsibility for a group of collectively employed team members Customer responsibility for the customers your team serves Build long-term relationships with both customers and employees Ensure high customer satisfaction and employee engagement Manage scheduling, resource planning, and staffing Handle customer and personnel matters in a solution-oriented way Recruit and onboard new employees Contribute to your region's growth and profitable development Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone who combines care and clarity in leadership with drive, structure, and business focus toward our customers. You enjoy working closely with people and also with numbers, goal tracking, and problem-solving. You create security in the team while developing customer relationships and business. Finally, we see that you have good analytical ability and an interest in working toward clearly defined goals.
