Wasa Trädfällning is growing and is now recruiting several full-time arborists for our teams. We provide professional tree care services for municipalities, property companies, businesses, and private individuals, and we always prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
About the Position
As an arborist with us, you will have varied, responsible, and practical work where you work with trees daily in many different environments. Our assignments are primarily carried out for municipalities, property companies, and businesses, but also for private individuals, which means great variety in both workplaces and tasks.
The work can range from ongoing tree maintenance in public spaces and residential areas to more advanced assignments in densely built-up areas with high demands for safety and precision.
You will work with trees in parks, along streets, in courtyards, industrial areas, and in private gardens. The work often takes place in complex environments where consideration must be given to people, buildings, traffic, power lines, and other infrastructure. This places high demands on planning, risk assessment, and a professional approach.
In your role as an arborist with us, you are expected to take responsibility for your work, follow applicable safety regulations, and contribute to good teamwork. You are also an important representative of the company when working with clients and therefore have a service-oriented and professional demeanor. The work is physically demanding and takes place mainly outdoors year-round, which requires that you are comfortable with active work in varying weather conditions.
What We're Looking For
Hold a B driver's license
Have relevant chainsaw training
Have arborist training and/or certification, for example ISA, ETW, or training from Hvilan
Are confident in your professional practice and experienced working in both simple and more complex environments
Have a strong safety mindset and good understanding of risk assessment
Meritorious
BE driver's license
