Degerfors Municipality is now seeking an occupational therapist who wants to be part of developing our municipal rehabilitation services.
Your Assignment
As an occupational therapist, you work to support people in living as independently as possible. The work is varied and includes assessment, training, and assistive devices.
· Participate in daily briefings
· Work in both special housing, ordinary housing, and IFO/LSS facilities.
· Assessment of activity capacity in daily life
· Prescription, follow-up, and adaptation of assistive devices
· Home modification assessments and writing certificates
· Guidance and support to care and nursing personnel and relatives
· Collaborate with occupational therapists, nurses, and care and nursing personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
· Licensed occupational therapist
We are looking for someone who
· Can work independently and as part of a team
· Has good, respectful conduct and sees opportunities
· Is organized and has good collaboration skills
· Has good verbal and written communication skills and is computer literate
· Wants to work in a developing and stimulating environment
Requirements
· Class B driver's license (manual transmission)
