Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist in Malmö city, you create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. With us, you are part of a team where you collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and care staff, and participate in care planning. The work is based on the individual's needs, personal circumstances, and participation. As a licensed occupational therapist, you work with conducting ADL and activity assessments, and with assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation interventions. The work also includes coaching other staff in a rehabilitation approach and testing and prescribing technical aids when needed. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist (180 credits) and who wants to contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for Malmö residents in our healthcare and care facilities. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good digital competence. Since the work involves traveling between different healthcare and care facilities, you also need to be able to cycle. Experience as an occupational therapist and experience working in municipal operations are advantageous. As a person, you are initiative-taking, flexible, and structured, and you see opportunities that lead to good comprehensive solutions. You contribute with innovative thinking and want to actively develop the operation. With good collaboration skills, you are communicative and relationship-building, have an attentive and professional approach, and can take on a pedagogical and coaching role in delegated tasks.
