Welcome to the Psychiatry, Rehabilitation and Habilitation department! Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with an integrated care chain and patient participation in focus. We want to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment delivered by the best possible expertise. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will conduct qualified assessment, investigation, and treatment work with patients at the psychosis unit. In working with patients, you contribute with assessments, structured support interventions, and prescription of cognitive aids. The work involves both individual contacts and leading psychoeducational groups. We maintain close collaboration with patients' relatives and networks. As an occupational therapist, you work in a team with other professions. You also work closely with municipalities and other authorities. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist and want to work in an interesting and varied field. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team, and you like to develop your own work and the department's work by having the ability to think in new ways and find solutions to old problems. We see that you are committed to your work and contribute to a good workplace culture. You feel secure in uncertain situations, have the courage to speak up, and have the ability to see logic and connections in complex information or environments. We see that you have a strong interest in working within psychiatric care, and previous work experience as an occupational therapist is a merit. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
