The Workplace The section consists of an emergency reception, 24-hour care, outpatient clinics from Nynäshamn to Märsta, e-support, and outpatient clinics for young adults. We treat patients with harmful use and/or dependence on alcohol, narcotics, medications, and gambling. Work is performed in an integrated manner and in collaboration with social services, primary care, general psychiatry, and other relevant stakeholders for patient care. As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for several clinics with our acute and 24-hour ward as your main placement. The work is based on evidence-based methods, and our target group is young people between approximately 13 and 25 years old. Work Your responsibilities will include assessing and evaluating patients' abilities and need for cognitive support as well as individual interventions linked to the patient's daily life, and planning treatment measures. Testing and implementation plans are conducted together with the patient, relatives, or other important people in the patient's network. As an occupational therapist with us, you are an important part of creating a well-functioning daily life for our patients by offering functional assessments, mapping, and interventions to patients who have difficulty planning, regulating, and organizing their daily lives. You are part of the patient's interprofessional team and are responsible for occupational therapy assessments and treatment interventions for patients and relatives, where you contribute your specific expertise in our effort to provide the best evidence-based care and treatment. Our patients often have complex needs requiring collaboration with care partners, networks, municipal services, and other authorities. Documentation is done in the Take Care system. Qualifications A licensed occupational therapist is required. Previous experience in psychiatry and/or addiction care is a merit, as is experience working with both children and adults in outpatient settings. Are structured yet flexible to handle and enjoy the varied and complex work content in our operations. Are proactive, interested in development, and motivated to find solutions from the patient's perspective. Enjoy working independently as well as in a team and take personal responsibility for planning, developing, and advancing patient work in a structured manner. You have good computer skills and experience working with digital meeting tools since some meetings are held remotely. With us, you need the ability to collaborate and be driven by collegial learning as you work in close cooperation with other professional categories in the different units. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Terms of Employment Permanent employment on a full-time basis, 40 hours/week. Daytime hours, Monday-Friday. A trial period may be applied.
