Occupational Therapist for Home Care, Full-Time, Permanent Position

About the Organization We have a diverse team with various specialized competencies, including nurses, district nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists/physical therapists, who work together to provide patients with the best possible care. Now we are expanding our rehabilitation team to meet growing demand and continue developing high-quality care. About the Position The work takes place in ordinary residential settings. In your work, you assess activity capacity and ensure that the patient has the correct assistive devices prescribed and adapted to the individual's needs. You assist in writing certificates when patients want to apply for home modification grants. You mentor and train care personnel to create a safe and rehabilitative approach. Together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, you find solutions that create coherence in care – with a focus on making daily life easier and helping to maintain and strengthen the elderly's functions, health, and well-being. We Are Looking for You: You are a licensed occupational therapist. We see value in your experience of having worked in home care. As a person, you are mature, stable, and cooperative, attentive and communicative, and work professionally with colleagues, residents, and their families. You are flexible, can prioritize tasks, and can plan your day. You enjoy working in a team as we work in an interdisciplinary manner and strive for high quality.
