Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care together with the Ambulance Service, Dental Care, Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Primary care is organized in 4 close care areas and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under close and good care. Each close care area is an economic unit led by a manager. Primary care also manages the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic and the close care department Näva, which are all grant-financed.

WORK TASKS
Standard occupational therapy tasks including assessment of activity capacity, interventions in the form of environmental and activity adaptations, support in structure and routines, training and prescription of assistive devices. You will collaborate with a colleague but be responsible for different geographical areas.
We have close collaboration with the rest of the health centers' staff and hold regular team meetings to plan care and rehabilitation. Coordination with other healthcare providers or organizations is also an important part of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a licensed occupational therapist with experience in similar tasks; it is advantageous if you have experience in primary care. To thrive in this role, it is very important that you enjoy variety, are independent, enjoy working with people, can collaborate and are solution-oriented.
We see that you are flexible, social, want to contribute your expertise and above all are confident in your professional role as the work requires a high degree of independence.
