Description:

We are seeking several occupational therapists who want to work in a rehabilitative capacity with our elderly residents and create conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. Would you like to be part of a team with great job satisfaction and strong commitment? Welcome to submit your application today! About the Workplace We are a total of 20 occupational therapists working in the care and services department's 19 residential care facilities, short-term unit, and round-the-clock care service. What We Offer We offer you varied, responsible, and stimulating work with opportunities for personal development. The workplace is smoke-free and health-conscious. As an employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year. Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You hold the overall rehabilitation responsibility together with a physiotherapist. You are specifically responsible for P-ADL and I-ADL through assessment, training, evaluation, and follow-up, as well as provisioning and follow-up of technical aids based on the occupational therapist's prescription authority. We work with quality registers such as Senior Alert and BPSD. Your work also includes informing, instructing, and coaching staff, residents, and students regarding rehabilitative and preventive measures. In one of the positions, you will be included in the Resource Team, which means the position is placed at one of the smaller residential facilities where you will have the opportunity to support colleagues with targeted interventions. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL and SoL. You need to have good computer skills and documentation experience. It is a merit to have previously worked in municipal primary care. We see it as an extra positive to have good knowledge of Lifecare and be confident in the prescription process. A driver's license is also a merit. Your Personal Qualities Are Important to Us We need you who have a genuine interest in working with people and meet each individual based on their needs and wishes. You should be confident in yourself and comfortable working independently and coaching others. Further, you are flexible and solution-focused. You are someone who always sees the team as an asset and you contribute to its success.
