The Adult Habilitation Clinic serves individuals over 18 years with lasting functional limitations such as intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or mobility impairments. The operations are conducted according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) and the Act on Support and Services for Persons with Disabilities (LSS). We also serve patients' relatives as well as staff and assistants. The operations are conducted through interdisciplinary teamwork together with social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. The Adult Habilitation Clinic in Northwestern Skåne is a unit consisting of two clinics, one in Helsingborg and one in Ängelholm. Our clinics have well-developed collaboration and it is common for colleagues to assist at both locations. We are now seeking two new occupational therapists for the unit, one position at each clinic. 2 position(s). WORK TASKS As an occupational therapist, your work tasks include making assessments and providing support services to our patients, both individually and in groups. You will also work with information, supervision, consultation, as well as testing and follow-up of certain assistive devices. The work is performed both independently and together with colleagues. We work in a team where all professions are equally important and we support each other daily in our work with our patients. The position location will be determined according to your preference and agreement. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist with credentials to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Experience from habilitation services and/or other work with our target groups is considered meritorious. Our adult habilitation clinics in Northwestern Skåne are characterized by great commitment and a willingness to contribute and share our experiences and knowledge.
