The Primary Care Operations Area is a newly established operations area within Region Gävleborg with a regional mandate. Day Rehabilitation and Psychotherapy offer interprofessional rehabilitation services and structured psychotherapy for adult patients. Within day rehabilitation, patients with stroke, neurological disease/injury, or traumatic brain injury receive individual and group-based training. The team consists of an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech-language pathologist, and rehabilitation assistant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will work closely with everyone on the team. The work involves both individual patient meetings and group sessions. All patients have their own rehabilitation plan, and the facilities enable rehabilitation in everyday activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who works well with others and who has an interest in neurological rehabilitation. You are attentive, communicative, and resolve challenging situations in a constructive way while being able to put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation. With a good understanding of people's different circumstances, you can also adapt the way you convey your message to the recipient. Furthermore, you are organized and can plan and prioritize your work so that it fits with the rest of the operation. It is important that you enjoy working in a team as this is an important and large part of our way of working.
As an occupational therapist, you should
• be a licensed occupational therapist.
For this position, it is meritorious if you have experience with rehabilitation work for neurological injury/disease.
