About the Position In your role as unit manager, you will primarily work with: responsibility for the daily operations, personnel, and finances of the program driving development initiatives related to the operations You will lead and develop the program you are responsible for. You will actively work in the operations of the program and thus be part of the work team. Having personnel responsibility for the program will be a significant part of your work, and you will work to create engagement and participation, as well as provide support to your staff. You will plan, implement, evaluate, and develop activities based on individual and group needs with a focus on health promotion. This includes creating participation and utilizing initiatives from the participants. Development requires strategic work, networking, and environmental monitoring. Collaboration with civil actors and various professional categories is of great importance. At our daily services program, we are six employees who are passionate about helping and supporting our participants in obtaining meaningful employment. We are part of the Individuals and Families division, Adult unit, in Region 2, and you will report to the operations manager. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and has a genuine interest in people and disabilities. You enjoy planning and implementing activities, are resourceful, and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues. With your flexibility and attentiveness, you can adapt to the program's needs and keep the clients in focus. You are skilled at communicating and building good relationships. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are comfortable with digital technology. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, as we base the recruitment of new managers on Humana's leadership profile. You should be action-oriented, results-driven, and have good self-awareness. For this position, you must have: training as an occupational therapist or other education that the employer considers equivalent. experience working with target groups within LSS (Swedish disability services). knowledge of documenting in journal systems good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form a Class B driver's license It is also advantageous if you have: experience leading and developing operations experience driving change initiatives. experience with daily services programs What Happens Next?
