Who are you? You are a licensed Occupational Therapist with some years of experience in home healthcare or similar operations. If you have experience with cognitive aids, that is a big plus since we have a newly started dementia team where we work to enable people with various cognitive impairment conditions to continue living at home. You have a holistic approach, work without ego, and contribute to team spirit in the group.
The position in our home care is 30-50% with the opportunity to combine with work at one of our care facilities in Lund to reach 100% employment.
Job Description
We are currently seeking a colleague for a permanent position with probation at an employment rate of "80%" with start date immediately.
Qualifications Requirement for licensure and driver's license. You should also have experience working in home healthcare. It is meriting to have experience prescribing aids within Lund municipality and knowledge of the Lifecare journal system.
