You will be part of the Unit for Rehabilitation and Welfare Technology, where 33 employees work together. Here you will find occupational therapists, physical therapists, assistive technology specialists, and welfare technologists with broad experience and high expertise. The position is primarily directed toward social psychiatry, but we welcome applications from occupational therapists with various experiences and backgrounds. Duties As an occupational therapist, you work to support individuals' ability to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. You conduct assessments, plan and follow up on interventions, and contribute your rehabilitation expertise in close collaboration with users, relatives, colleagues, and other partners. The work includes, among other things: - Occupational therapy assessments and activity evaluations. - Planning, implementation, and follow-up of interventions. - Prescription and follow-up of assistive devices. - Guidance and support to care personnel. - Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Contribution to the organization's development and quality work. You work independently but always with a competent team behind you. The work is characterized by freedom with responsibility and is facilitated by our flexible working hours agreement. Qualifications As an occupational therapist, you work to support individuals' ability to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
