Activity Description Within the Home Care Department, home services are provided in ordinary housing as well as licensed health and medical care personnel for home health care. The Home Health Care Department is responsible for services provided by nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists in both ordinary housing (home health care) and special housing. Job Responsibilities As an occupational therapist, you will have good knowledge in the assistive devices field and will assess and evaluate the need for occupational therapy interventions. You are responsible for the occupational therapy component of rehabilitation efforts in both ordinary and special housing within the areas of elderly and disability care as well as psychiatry. Your professional role includes prescribing and testing assistive devices, as well as conducting activities of daily living (ADL) assessments. Guiding and training care personnel in general daily activities is an important part of the work. As a licensed professional, you also have responsibility for documentation of the interventions that are planned, implemented, and evaluated. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and see solutions to problems. You have a holistic perspective and a good ability to analyze and reflect from different perspectives and can find solutions based on needs and situation. Your collaboration with colleagues, service users, and the network around the service user is good, and you have an attentive, coaching, and supportive approach. Your ability to plan and prioritize is good, both independently and with support from your colleagues and immediate supervisor.
