The clinic has a welcoming team of ten employees in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and administration. The clinic is located in the southern parts of Alingsås. The clinic offers broad expertise in primary care rehabilitation and we have good and close collaboration with the health center. As an occupational therapist in primary care, you meet patients with, for example, reduced hand function, pain, neurological conditions, cognitive impairment, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices and certificates for home modifications. We work with clinic visits, digital visits, and home visits. Some work can also be done remotely. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at the clinic and with other partner organizations. You and your colleagues work together with the manager on the clinic's development through ongoing improvement work. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary care, that is a merit, but we also welcome recent graduates. If you have supervisor training, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone with good communication skills who can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized way based on the clinic's goals. Since workload varies and unforeseen events can occur, we see that you are flexible and independent. You place great emphasis on good patient care and always strive to treat patients and colleagues with respect and consideration.
