In the municipal primary care in Norberg, you work together with managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, benefits administrators, and nursing assistants in a multidisciplinary team. Together we work to create a comprehensive solution for our patients. The Position and Work Tasks The work is independent and flexible – no two days are alike. We focus on the patient and work for good and close care with the patient in focus. You have good support from your colleagues. We are in an exciting time with a lot of development of working methods and systematic quality work. Among the work tasks can be mentioned functional assessment, rehabilitation at home, fitting and follow-up of assistive devices, and education for nursing staff. Qualifications and Competencies Who Are You? You are a licensed occupational therapist and want to work in an environment where both independence and cooperation are important parts of everyday life. We believe that you: are confident, solution-focused, and accustomed to taking your own initiative are flexible and enjoy work that varies have a good ability to lead, instruct, and create a sense of security are communicative and accustomed to documenting have good computer skills and speak and write Swedish fluently Meritorious: experience from municipal primary care and the Cosmic journal system.
