We are seeking an occupational therapist for the rehabilitation unit at the hospital, placed on C3 Stroke, a nursing care unit with ten beds. The focus is on acute stroke care and rehabilitation following stroke, neurological diseases, and neurological conditions. On the unit, we work in teams.

As an employee with us, you will receive wellness hours and a wellness allowance of 3,000 kronor per year.
Your responsibilities
On the stroke unit, there are patients in both acute and rehabilitation phases. Responsibilities include functional assessment and training in both acute and rehabilitation phases, documentation, prescription and fitting of assistive devices, participation in team meetings, and home visits. We have close collaboration with the assistive device center, outpatient care, and home healthcare.
During vacation and other absences, we cover for each other, which means that good collaboration and interest in our various areas are essential. We have a positive work climate and the tasks are varied and stimulating in a beautiful work environment with, among other things, a sea view.
Who are you?
You are a licensed occupational therapist.
Experience in inpatient care is an asset. Experience within stroke and other neurological diseases and injuries is particularly valuable.
You are curious, independent, and responsible. You want to develop in your professional role and actively participate in the development of our operations. You appreciate being part of a team and collaborating closely with colleagues.
The work requires your ability to plan and prioritize your tasks even in situations where you need to quickly adapt.
You communicate well and are clear in both your communication and your approach.
