Do you want to be a safe, welcoming presence for people with mental health disabilities and contribute to meaningful days through creativity and community? QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is confident, attentive, and humble in meeting people with complex mental health disabilities. You have the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and you bring genuine commitment to the participants' daily lives. Your creative side will serve you well in the activities that form the core of the operation. You enjoy working close to people and understand the value of long-term, trusting relationships. Requirements for the position: • Licensed occupational therapist • Experience working in social psychiatry or with people with mental health disabilities • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written • Lead group activities with a creative focus Meritorious for the position: • Experience with collaboration with psychiatry or social services Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
