We are now seeking engaged workplace inspectors who want to be part of developing one of Sweden's most specialized inspection operations.
We are looking for you who are studying law or equivalent at university/college or who work/have worked as a security guard and want to contribute your expertise to a specialized and rapidly growing operation.
About the position
As a workplace inspector, you work on-site at workplaces where you conduct inspections as part of our assignments. You examine companies, workforce, and compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual terms with a focus on detecting and preventing workplace crime.
The work is varied, responsible, and requires professional conduct, high integrity, and strong analytical skills.
Your responsibilities
Conduct operative workplace inspections.
Verify identification documents, employment conditions, and statutory requirements.
Examine compliance with labor law and other relevant legislation.
Document observations and report deviations in our digital and encrypted systems.
Collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, analysts, and clients.
Contribute to the development of our inspection activities.
We are looking for you who
You are a person with high integrity, good judgment, and a genuine interest in combating workplace crime. You are confident in dealing with people, can make well-founded decisions even under pressure, and work in a structured manner with great accuracy.
We would like to see that you:
Are studying or have studied at university or college in, for example, law, police work, security, intelligence operations, criminology, or other equivalent education.
Alternatively, work or have worked as a security guard or within other inspection or security activities.
Have good digital skills and are accustomed to documenting and reporting.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing.
Have professional conduct and high personal integrity.
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you have experience from:
Security guard operations.
The Swedish Work Environment Authority.
The Swedish Police Authority.
The Swedish Tax Agency's inspection activities.
The Swedish Migration Agency.
Inspection, supervision, or security work.
The following knowledge and qualifications are also meritorious:
Workplace crime.
Alien legislation.
Posted Workers Directive.
Occupational health and safety legislation.
BAS-P and/or BAS-U.
Documented training or certification in workplace environment inspections.
