What You Will Do In your role as Occupational Health Specialist, you will: Participate in driving and further developing strategic and preventive occupational health work at the national level. Work to ensure that operations comply with occupational health legislation, regulations, and other relevant frameworks. Develop processes and approaches within rehabilitation and work adaptation, and strengthen the connection to systematic occupational health work. Provide expert support to management, HR, and managers in complex occupational health matters. Manage and further develop collaboration with occupational health services and other external providers. Serve as contract contact and set requirements for external providers, and contribute to procurement and ongoing contract monitoring. Provide support to operations in tender procedures and RFQ processes within the occupational health field. Plan and conduct training for managers and HR at both basic and advanced levels. Collaborate with safety organizations, safety representatives, and other key stakeholders to strengthen and develop occupational health work. Develop and improve technical support systems and approaches for, for example, risk assessments, safety inspections, and follow-up. Identify areas for improvement through analysis and monitoring, and translate insights into concrete actions. What You Bring We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in occupational health or occupational health-related matters. At least seven years of experience in occupational health work, strategic process management, and operations development. A good understanding of the relationship between work, occupational health, and health, within both physical and organizational and social occupational health. Solid knowledge of occupational health legislation and relevant case law. Experience in systematically developing preventive occupational health work and driving development initiatives. Competence within alcohol, drug, and substance-related issues in working life. Experience in setting requirements, procuring, and following up specialist support such as occupational health services and other external providers, and developing these collaborations. Collaborating with safety organizations and safety representatives. Good experience in planning and conducting training for managers and HR at advanced levels. Experience with technical support systems for occupational health work and the ability to further develop and improve these. Very good ability to communicate and generate engagement around policies, guidelines, and approaches. Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
