About the job Do you have post-secondary education in occupational health and want to work operationally with occupational health issues? The HR, Training and Communications Department is now seeking an occupational health specialist to strengthen the existing occupational health function for a limited period. The focus is particularly on operational occupational health work, technical occupational health risks, and supporting the development and strengthening of the organization's preventive occupational health efforts. You will work closely and collaboratively with the current occupational health specialist. Primary responsibilities: Develop and strengthen systematic occupational health work with a focus on technical risks Support the organization with risk assessments in the technical field, including monitoring of measures Contribute specialized expertise in areas such as chemicals, machine safety, noise, and other technical occupational health matters, and provide further training to managers as needed Support the organization in developing procedures, safety documentation, and assist in implementation Identify recurring risks and contribute to preventive measures and long-term work methods Working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible working hours. The position is based at Rantorget. About you Our operations are extensive and run 24/7, which places high demands on structure, responsibility, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you will drive and develop occupational health work and ensure that applicable procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements are complied with. The work is conducted in close collaboration with managers and other relevant stakeholders, which requires you to be collaborative and have excellent communication skills. By building trust, establishing good relationships, and communicating clearly, you are expected to create engagement and ensure that necessary measures are implemented and have an impact in the organization. Qualifications Post-secondary education from a university or qualified vocational training in occupational health or equivalent Good knowledge of occupational health legislation Good computer skills including handling of reports and statistics Very good Swedish language skills, spoken and written Merits Experience working operationally with occupational health Work experience from a workshop environment or in the construction sector Experience from 24/7 operations To ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process, we use web-based selection tests. Final salary is determined based on how well you meet the requirements of the position. This is a fixed-term employment for approximately nine months.
