You work both strategically and operatively to develop our systematic occupational health and safety work and strengthen our safety culture. You will: analyze the current situation and drive the development of methods, processes, and procedures support the business and contribute with specialized expertise work closely with KMA coordinators and production to create safer workplaces In short – you influence how we work, think, and act regarding occupational health and safety. What you will do In your daily work, you alternate between development work and operational support. You will, among other things: • drive and develop our systematic occupational health and safety work • actively work to strengthen our safety culture • develop, implement, and follow up on procedures and methods • monitor and follow up on laws, requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance • analyze and report key figures related to occupational health and safety • participate in and lead investigations of accidents and incidents • conduct training and develop educational materials • support the organization in risk assessments and preventive work • be a point of contact with authorities • participate in internal forums, e.g., safety representative meetings A team that supports – and lifts each other You will become part of a competent and engaged team with three specialists in quality, environment, and occupational health & safety. We believe that you: have a post-secondary education in occupational health & safety or equivalent experience have several years of experience in qualified occupational health and safety work preferably have a background in construction, civil engineering, or industry are experienced in working both strategically and operatively are communicative, pedagogical, and skilled at engaging others are self-driven, structured, and confident in your competence Experience with KMA work or business development is a plus.
