The Employment Unit works on behalf of social services/subsistence support and is in an exciting development phase. We develop and test new methods to support individuals towards self-sufficiency, where digitalization is an area in rapid development with great opportunities. We are now looking for an employment coach with a focus on labor market knowledge. As an employment coach, you work to identify possible paths for each individual to establish themselves in the labor market. You coach and guide participants both individually and in groups, with the goal of strengthening their ability to take steps towards work or studies of their own accord. Your responsibilities include: • Provide individual guidance, coaching and motivational conversations • Plan and conduct group activities and lectures • Develop materials and create content within labor market knowledge • Match participants to work training, internships and employment through contact with employers • Collaborate with other authorities, municipal activities and non-profit organizations • Guide participants in digital skills Please note that working days vary based on participants' needs and the activities' mission. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in labor market issues and who is motivated to support people towards work or studies. You enjoy working both individually and in groups and have the ability to create trusting relationships. As a person you are pedagogical, motivating and enjoy working with people. You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented manner, while being flexible and able to adapt to participants' needs. You are a confident and attentive leader in group settings and contribute to job satisfaction and participation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We see that you have: • Relevant higher education, for example behavioral scientist, social worker, study and career advisor or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent • Experience working with labor market issues • B driver's license You are welcome to have: • Language skills in addition to Swedish • Knowledge and experience of BIP In this recruitment, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of selection questions.
