JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Employment Market Coach IOF Do you want to work close to people and help more people achieve financial independence? Do you thrive in a role where coaching, structure, and relationship-building are crucial for creating real change? The Employment Market Unit works on behalf of social services/livelihood support and is in an exciting development phase. We are developing and testing new methods to support individuals toward self-sufficiency, where digitalization is an area of strong development with great opportunities. As an employment market coach, you work to identify possible paths for each individual to establish themselves in the job market. You coach and guide participants both individually and in groups, with the goal of strengthening their ability to take steps toward work or studies of their own initiative. Knowledge of BIP and digital working methods is an asset. Based on the activities' needs, you may contribute to the development of working methods and strategies. Your responsibilities include: • Conducting individual guidance, coaching, and motivational conversations • Planning and conducting group activities and lectures • Developing materials and content within employment market knowledge • Matching participants with work training, internships, and employment through contact with employers • Collaborating with other agencies, municipal activities, and non-profit organizations • Guiding participants in digital skills • Participating in the development and implementation of BIP (Employment Indicator Project) • Participating in the development and implementation of digital working methods and platforms, including Candeno • Note that working days vary based on participants' needs and the activities' mission. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with a degree from a university, college, or vocational college with at least 2 years of continuous coursework in, for example, behavioral sciences, sociology, or study and career guidance. • Requirement: Degree from a university, college, or accredited vocational college in subjects such as behavioral sciences, sociology, or study and career guidance, or similar subjects that the employer deems equivalent. • Requirement: Experience working with employment market issues • Requirement: B-category driver's license • Requirement: Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written • Asset: Language skills in addition to Swedish • Asset: Knowledge and experience with BIP • Asset: Knowledge and experience with digital solutions in the employment market area Salary form: Monthly salary.
