Workshop Supervisor with Tire Experience in Strängnäs

Job Description We are seeking an experienced workshop supervisor with tire expertise for a position in Strängnäs. This is a full-time role involving operational leadership in a workshop with a special focus on tire and wheel work, as well as workplace safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Plan, lead, and allocate daily work in the workshop with a focus on tire and wheel service Perform and ensure quality in tire changes, wheel balancing, and mounting/dismounting of wheels as needed Ensure that safety procedures are followed and that the work environment is safe and secure Guide and coach employees and ensure that the right competence is used for the right tasks Handle customer contacts in collaboration with reception, provide clear feedback, and maintain good customer service Monitor inventory and material needs, order spare parts and tires as needed Document completed work in the workshop system and report key data to management Qualifications and Experience Documented experience working with tires and wheels; experience in a leadership or responsible role is a plus Good technical understanding of tire types, tread depth, balancing equipment, and relevant tools Experience working in a structured manner, prioritizing and making decisions in a workshop organization Experience following and implementing safety procedures and quality requirements Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written B-class driver's license required Experience documenting in digital systems is a plus Personal Qualities We are looking for a confident and clear leader who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and thorough.
