ABOUT THE ROLE YOU'RE SEEKING
The role of work supervisor is built on structure and organization. You will work closely with the work team and your direct manager to ensure that the daily operations of our business run smoothly. The work is full-time on-site.
You will spend a large portion of your time working in the field as a service technician with varying tasks, but also spend time on planning and follow-up on a daily basis. The position is divided approximately 80% fieldwork and 20% administrative.
Ensure that the work team has the right information and conditions to perform their work in the best possible way
Ensure that you work according to established procedures and that everyone knows what they need to do
Attend customer meetings and internal meetings to ensure efficiency and that our goals are being followed
The role is dynamic and changes based on needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and previous experience in management and planning.
We are looking for someone with previous experience leading a work team on a daily basis.
You need to be structured and organized to be able to plan and follow up on work
Willing to take own initiative and be driven with attention to detail in your tasks
Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement
B license for manual car is a requirement
