The role, in short, means you contribute to ensuring our customers can shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent position, full-time. Probation period applies. Start date: September 14, 2026, or by agreement. Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: High school diploma, good skills in Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Previous experience in leadership roles is advantageous. Here's more about the role: You are part of the store's management team and have, together with the store manager, overall responsibility for the store. Of course, you also participate in the daily operational store work. You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan. You supervise team members in the store and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential. You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile. You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
