We are now establishing a new organization for the operation and maintenance of Falun Municipality's parks, green spaces, playgrounds, and other outdoor environments. About the role As a work leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the daily work within operation, maintenance, and supervision of the municipality's outdoor environments. You work close to the operations and serve as a natural point of contact for both employees and the client. The role is operational and varied, where you create good conditions for the work to be carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Your responsibilities include: Plan, prioritize, and lead the daily work. Coordinate resources and ensure that work is performed according to contracts and quality requirements. Document, report, and follow up on completed tasks. Participate in planning for readiness based on weather, season, and operational needs. Create engagement, structure, and good conditions for the team through engaged leadership.
