PARK OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – STOCKHOLM Would you like to take the next step in a leadership role where you manage some of Stockholm's most well-known and cherished park environments? We're looking for an experienced, engaged, and solution-oriented supervisor in gardening and park maintenance. With us, you'll have a key role in managing our contracts for Stockholm city's park maintenance, including central city parks such as Kungsträdgården or Northern Inner City district administration parks like Humlegården. About the Role Together with the site manager and other supervisors, you will, among other things: · Plan, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance efforts to ensure work is performed according to contract and customer expectations. · Coordinate and supervise your own staff and subcontractors in daily operations. · Ensure high quality through oversight, follow-up, and continuous dialogue with the customer. · Participate hands-on in the work alongside the team when operations require it. · Contribute to a committed, secure, and efficient team with clear goals and a good work environment. The role also includes administrative tasks such as planning, documentation, follow-up, improvement work, participation in operations meetings, procurement management, and budgeting for additional work. This is a permanent, full-time position with individual salary according to collective agreement. Winter duties include being on call for snow removal. We apply a six-month probation period. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with experience, drive, and confidence in leading others. You thrive in a role where quality, customer dialogue, and clear management of daily work are key to success. · At least two years of horticultural education or equivalent experience. · At least three years of experience in a supervisory role within the green sector. · Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, even when conditions change quickly. · Experience working systematically with customer contact, follow-up, and documentation. · Good computer skills and a Class B driver's license.
