About the Position We're now strengthening our facility in Luleå with an additional operations manager. You'll become part of a team of 13 people consisting of a facility manager, operations managers, damage appraisers, and mechanics. Since you'll oversee the entire chain from initial customer contact to invoicing, you'll handle quite a bit of administrative work, but of course you'll also be part of the workshop to follow up on work in progress. Examples of typical work tasks include: Plan, lead, and distribute work for daily operations Create work orders and invoicing Customer contact (both by phone and in-person at the facility) Spare parts ordering Damage assessment Calculate estimates in Cabas We're Looking for You You have previous experience working in a vehicle workshop You have good computer skills You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, and basic knowledge of English It's a merit if you have experience with Cabas. It's also a merit if you have previous experience as an operations manager or damage assessor.
