About the Position
We're now expanding our facility in Luleå with an additional shift supervisor. You'll become part of a team of 13 people consisting of a site manager, supervisors, damage appraisers, and mechanics.
Since you'll oversee the entire chain from initial customer contact to invoicing, you'll handle a significant amount of administrative work, but of course, you'll also spend time in the workshop to follow up on jobs.
Examples of typical work tasks include:
Plan, lead, and distribute work for daily operations
Create work orders and invoicing
Customer contact (both via phone and receiving them at the facility)
Spare parts ordering
Damage inspections
Calculate quotes in Cabas
We're Looking for You
You have previous experience working in a vehicle workshop
You have good computer skills
You have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of English
It's a plus if you have experience with Cabas. It's also advantageous if you have previous experience as a supervisor or damage adjuster.
