About the Position
Do you want to take the next step in your career in the plastics industry and work in a leadership role with significant responsibility? We are now seeking an engaged and driven team leader who wants to be part of developing production and creating conditions for efficient and quality-conscious work.
As a team leader, you are responsible for personnel planning and daily management of work on the various departments. You plan and optimize production to ensure efficient flow and good delivery precision. The role includes responsibility for quality, monitoring of procedures, and handling of deviations. You report shortcomings in equipment, machines, and work materials, and participate in internal and external audits.
The work also involves driving and following up on 5S initiatives and continuous improvements in operations. You have clear responsibility for the work environment and work towards a safe, structured, and pleasant workplace.
We are looking for someone with experience from the plastics industry, previous experience in a leadership position, and experience as a setup technician. You have good technical understanding, are structured, and have the ability to motivate and engage your colleagues.
Start: Immediately/by agreement
Work hours: Permanent afternoon shift
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Previous experience from the plastics industry
- Previous experience in a leadership position
- Technical knowledge
- Previous experience as a setup technician
