Work Responsibilities: As a work supervisor with us, you will have an important and central role focused on leading both the team and operations forward. Your main work responsibilities will be: Work planning and follow-up Lead production in accordance with the project schedule Comply with laws and regulations Prepare for and participate in site meetings Place orders and plan one or more subcontractors in the project Work closely with the site manager in the project you are involved in Your Role: The main responsibility of the role is to lead, allocate, and follow up on work within your assigned area of responsibility. You will participate in planning and selecting techniques and methods for work execution, and be responsible for ensuring that work planning is carried out. You will place material orders after consultation with the site manager. You will be responsible for maintaining good order at the workplace and report obstacles, changes, and deviations in documents and execution to the site manager, as well as write a daily log after each workday. This is a full-time position based in Gothenburg. Projects are mainly in Gothenburg, but you must be flexible to travel to projects within approximately 7 miles. We are looking for you who: have construction/infrastructure engineering education have at least five years of experience in earthwork and infrastructure projects, contract operations have supervisory experience or other leadership experience in construction and infrastructure production have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written have good computer skills have a B-class driver's license Meritorious if you have concrete certification, class 1 or 2 Personal Qualities: For you it is completely natural to be a team player who approaches the role with curiosity and in a humble manner.
