We are now seeking an Operations Manager for Radiation Protection at Forsmarks Kraftgrupp. The group is responsible for, among other things, oversight of production facilities regarding radiation protection, monitoring radiation exposure to personnel, and preparing work activities with respect to radiation protection. As an operations manager, you will work in a well-mixed team where everyone works with the same purpose – to together support daily operations with radiological expertise. Your Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations regarding personnel planning, work tasks, and daily communication with the rest of the organization Drive development work together with the entire radiation protection organization Work proactively and think long-term Analyze incidents and take responsibility for longer-term assignments Represent radiation protection in various forums and serve as an expert in radiation protection matters Update and write instructions The position includes on-call duty and participation in Forsmark's emergency response organization, which may involve duty on certain weekends and evenings. Requirements You are interested in leading others, group dynamics/group development, and leadership-related issues. You care about the individual's and group's continued development. Thinking strategically, having a broad perspective, and seeing long-term solutions come naturally to you, as does analyzing complex issues to solve problems. You also adapt easily to changing circumstances and see the opportunities in change. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and are skilled at meeting and collaborating with others.
