About the position
As a work supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. In close collaboration with the site manager, you plan and manage projects, allocate resources, monitor and document daily work to ensure we meet our commitments. You have an active role in leading and monitoring work on site, including managing construction equipment, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You participate in developing schedules, coordinate your own activities, and conduct work planning sessions with the team. A large part of your assignment involves engaging and motivating the team through participation and involvement. By working closely with the site manager, you develop continuously in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a construction engineering education from a university, college, or vocational training program, or alternatively several years of work experience from industrial or construction projects. We welcome both those with extensive experience in the industry and those with less experience but relevant education and a desire to develop.

Additional information
This is a permanent position with a six-month trial period. Since the role requires regular physical presence at our project sites, we are looking for someone who is mobile and desires active and varied work where you become an important player in large and complex construction and hydropower projects in southern Sweden. Since the projects span from Värmland in the north to Skåne in the south, a Category B driver's license is a requirement. This position will be background-checked in accordance with NCC's security culture.
