About the Position
As a work supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. In close cooperation with the site manager, you plan and manage the projects, allocate resources, follow up and document daily work to ensure that we fulfill our commitments. You have an active role in leading and monitoring work on site, including management and monitoring of construction machinery, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You participate in developing schedules, align your own activities, and conduct work preparations together with the team. A large part of your assignment involves engaging and motivating the team through participation and involvement. By working closely with the site manager, you develop continuously in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has a construction technical education from a university, college, or vocational training education, or alternatively several years of work experience from industrial or construction projects. We welcome both those with extensive experience in the industry and those who are less experienced but have relevant education and a desire to develop.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Since the role requires regular physical presence at our projects, we are looking for someone who is mobile and desires an active and varied work where you are an important player in large and complex construction and hydropower projects in southern Sweden. Since the projects range from Värmland in the north to Skåne in the south, a Class B driver's license is a requirement. This position will be background-checked in accordance with NCC's security culture.
