About the Position
As a site manager, you have an independent and varied job with significant personal responsibility. In close collaboration with the site manager, you plan and manage projects, allocate resources, follow up and document daily work to ensure we meet our commitments. You have an active role in leading and monitoring work on site, including management and supervision of construction machinery, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You participate in developing schedules, coordinate your own activities, and conduct work preparations together with the team. A large part of your role involves engaging and motivating the team through participation and involvement. By working closely with the site manager, you will develop continuously in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a construction technology education from a university, college, or vocational school, or alternatively several years of work experience from industrial or construction projects. We welcome both those with extensive experience in the industry and those who are less experienced but have relevant education and a willingness to develop.

Additional Information
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Since the role requires regular physical presence at our project sites, we are looking for someone who is mobile and desires an active and varied job where you can be an important player in large and complex construction and hydropower projects in southern Sweden. Since the projects span from Värmland in the north to Skåne in the south, a class B driving license is required. This position will be subject to a background check in accordance with NCC's security culture.
