Site Supervisor for Lotus Demolition Project in Northern Sweden!

Lotus Maskin & Transport operates demolition services throughout Sweden, and we are now seeking a site supervisor for our operations in Northern Sweden. Our activities include heavy demolition, light demolition, and drilling projects, primarily in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. As a site supervisor with us, you'll be part of a dedicated team consisting of a department manager, site managers, project managers, and supervisors. Together with approximately 40 demolition workers, drilling specialists, and equipment operators, we work to deliver efficient and safe projects with high quality. About the Role As a site supervisor, you create the right conditions for our employees to perform their work efficiently and safely. You have a central role in daily operations with a strong focus on leading and distributing daily work in our projects. Your work will include: Ensuring efficient and safe project execution Monitoring project progress Working with financial follow-up and invoicing Contributing to and developing strong customer relationships A large part of the work involves being on-site at our projects to ensure work progresses according to plan. The work also includes administrative tasks such as project monitoring, invoicing, and planning. You'll learn the projects thoroughly and actively work on follow-up and improvement. Business travel is common, and you'll be based in Piteå, where one of our site managers also works. We believe you have strong self-leadership skills and are communicative, driven, outgoing, and solution-oriented. We require that you have a valid driver's license (category B), and it's advantageous if you have knowledge of construction law and BAS-U certification.
