Simplex is now seeking an operations supervisor for one of our clients in Upplands Väsby. You'll have an important role in daily operations and become a person the team can turn to for support, guidance, and decisions. About the Role As an operations supervisor, you ensure that daily warehouse operations run as efficiently as possible. You plan the work, allocate resources, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed correctly. You work closely with staff and combine a hands-on approach with clear leadership responsibility. The role suits you if you enjoy variety and thrive in an active operational environment. Your Responsibilities Structure and plan daily operations. Allocate work tasks based on operational needs. Be present in the operations and support team members. Follow up to ensure work maintains the right quality and pace. Ensure that safety and work environment procedures are followed. Handle and follow up on any deviations. Contribute ideas that can improve and streamline work methods. Collaborate with colleagues and other functions to ensure smooth logistics. Previous experience from, for example, manufacturing, building materials, or other warehouse-intensive operations is a merit. Qualifications Experience in warehouse, logistics, or terminal operations. Previous experience leading or coordinating personnel. Strong ability to plan and organize work. Self-driven and confident in making decisions. Solution-focused and accountable. Understanding of the importance of quality, safety, and work environment.
