About the Position As a warehouse supervisor, you have a central role in daily operations. You are responsible for planning and prioritizing work tasks, monitoring operations, and supporting the team to ensure that production, quality, and deliveries maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and allocate daily warehouse work. Lead, support, and develop employees in operational work. Ensure that procedures, work environment, and safety regulations are followed. Monitor productivity and quality and work with continuous improvements. Handle discrepancies and contribute to effective solutions. Collaborate with other functions to create smooth workflows. Experience from warehouse operations in building materials, industry, or similar environments is a merit. What We're Looking For You have experience in warehouse, logistics, or terminal operations. You have previously worked in a leading or coordinating role. You are a confident leader who creates engagement and good team spirit. You work in a structured manner and are comfortable making your own decisions. You have a strong focus on quality and safety. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
