Read more at www.hammarlift.com Job Description As a production supervisor for the coating department, you have overall operational responsibility for leading, planning, and monitoring the daily work with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You work closely with the team in day-to-day operations and build engagement through clear, present, and coaching leadership. Your main areas of responsibility: • Lead, assign, and follow up on daily work in the department • Ensure staffing, resource allocation, and production planning (short and medium term) • Set goals, monitor key metrics, and drive improvements • Initiate and implement improvement work (e.g., according to Lean and 5S) • Handle deviations and work with root cause analysis • Collaborate closely with production, assembly, and logistics for efficient workflow • Ensure a safe and secure work environment, including chemical handling Qualifications We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with experience from a production environment in manufacturing industry. You have yourself worked operationally in the business and have had a clear leadership responsibility, for example as a production supervisor, team leader, or equivalent. Experience with coating, coating processes, or surface treatment is a plus. You combine operational and present leadership with strong structure and a drive to improve both working methods and results. You thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility, make decisions, and work close to the operations. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: • Experience of working operatively in production while also leading, assigning, and monitoring your team's work • Preferably experience with coating, coating processes, or surface treatment • Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work • Experience with production control and capacity planning • Knowledge of Lean or similar improvement methods • Good understanding of quality, work environment, and safety work • Experience with production systems and planning tools • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Hammar Offers You: At Hammar, you meet an entrepreneurial culture with strong commitment and development focus.
