The Social Services Department is responsible for individual and family care, elderly care, and care for persons with disabilities. We work preventively with support, services, and authority exercise for children, young people, families, adults, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Our mission is to increase individuals' conditions to live under the best possible living conditions and to strengthen individuals to live an independent life. We are a social service at the forefront of prevention work and in the transition to an even more accessible and knowledge-based social service. 1 position(s). The group home has five residents with various disabilities, several of whom have care needs, and challenging behavior occurs. At the workplace, we work based on structure, clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and individual goals for the residents. Our overall goal is to offer the residents good living conditions based on influence in their implementation plan and in their daily lives. We actively work to create a meaningful, safe, and predictable living environment. The unit is staffed with 1 team leader, 1 support pedagogue, and 5 support assistants. As a team leader, you are a key person who leads, supports, and develops the operation together with your team. You are a role model in daily work, an attentive coach for employees, and a coordinator who ensures that everything works—from staffing to quality and residents' self-determination. About the Position As a team leader, you work closely with both employees and residents and have an important role in Leading and developing – Plan, structure, and follow up on daily work together with the unit manager, assistant unit manager, and team. Being a role model – Actively participate in operations and act professionally in approach and demeanor. Supporting employees – Provide continuous feedback and supervision to strengthen the team. Ensuring quality – Follow up on procedures, report deviations, and participate in the operation's internal control. Collaborating – Build good relationships with residents, family members, appointed representatives, and other actors in the network. Working digitally – Use operational systems such as Heroma, Proceedo, LifeCare, and Swedetime for planning, documentation, and administration. You will have agreed-upon work tasks from the unit manager, such as invoice handling, meetings with residents, and support in digital systems. The position involves work during days, evenings, on-call duty, and every other weekend, with a mix of time in the operation with all tasks that occur in a group home and administrative tasks. Who Are You? We're looking for a flexible, stable, and present leader who: Has experience in team leadership – You have worked in a similar role and know what it means to lead a team. Knows the target group – You have documented experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism and understand their living conditions. Is a good collaborator – You enjoy both leading and listening, and are skilled at coaching and motivating others. Has knowledge of laws and methods – You have good knowledge of LSS, SoL, and other relevant laws, as well as experience with low-arousal approaches and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Is organized and digitally competent – You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, are familiar with administrative systems, and are positive about digital development. Has the right education – You have upper secondary education in health/care, social work, or pedagogy (post-secondary education is a merit).
