About the position and GMT
As Site Manager at GMT, you are responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring earthworks and infrastructure projects from start to completion. You plan resources, machinery, and materials, ensure work environment, quality, and environmental requirements, and coordinate subcontractors and customer contacts.
You report directly to the Operations Manager/Vice CEO and are responsible for daily site management. The role involves a clear presence out on projects, primarily in Stockholm/Mälarden but also in the Nordic region.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is structured, action-oriented, and communicative. You are solution-focused, take responsibility, and have a clear leadership style where you motivate through participation. You thrive in a role close to production and are driven by seeing results, keeping schedules, and delivering projects within budget.
We believe you have:
Education in construction and civil engineering, alternatively vocational education in construction/earthworks.
3–5 years of work experience from earthworks and infrastructure projects.
Budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience, and familiarity with working with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Strong planning and organizational skills, good understanding of work environment legislation and contract law (AB/ABT).
Swedish and English in speaking and writing.
Driver's license (category B) and good computer skills.
The position is based in Stockholm with weekly trips to project sites. We offer you qualified work with great opportunities to develop within the organization.
