Responsibilities
As a work supervisor, you have an operational role with responsibility in the field on projects. You'll primarily work on installing electrical systems and controls within building automation and help drive work forward according to specifications, timelines, and project conditions. The role involves close collaboration with the project manager in Stockholm, where you'll gradually take on greater responsibility and a more independent role in projects.
You'll mainly be in the field, often working with small teams while also participating directly in installation. Projects vary in scope and phase, making your days diverse. You maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and other stakeholders on-site and participate in making decisions and prioritizing to ensure work runs smoothly in practice.
Examples of responsibilities:
- Execute and lead installation work in control systems, electrical, and building automation
- Supervise installers and contribute to daily team collaboration
- Interpret specifications and drawings and ensure correct execution
- Collaborate with project managers, customers, and other professionals on projects
- Follow up on work, checklists, and contribute to organization and structure in projects
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Requirements:
- ECY certification / qualified electrician
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical installation with a focus on control and regulation technology or building automation
- Class B driver's license
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Meriting factors:
- Experience in work supervision or a leading installer role
- Previous work in project form within commercial properties
